Wythe County Community Hospital Announces Director of Patient Safety and Patient Experience.

Wythe County Community Hospital (WCCH) congratulates Megan Lilly, RN, BSN as the hospitals Director of Patient Safety and Patient Experience.
Lilly began her career at WCCH in 2008. She has worked in several roles including Med/Surg, Inpatient Surgical Services, Same Day Surgery, Pre-Surgical Testing, Extended Care Unit, and as a Patient Care Manager. Lilly’s most recent role was as the Director of Case Management for the last nine years.
In her new role, Lilly will be responsible for coordinating, implementing, and overseeing the development of comprehensive safety initiatives, with the goal of reducing medical errors and adverse events. In addition, Lilly will assist with satisfying a range of patient needs such as understanding treatment plans, help patients prepare for therapy, and even communicate with care providers to brief them on a patient's concerns, hesitations, or treatment needs.

Lilly lives in Cripple Creek with her husband OJ and their two children Coy and Kynlee. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.
